The Berean Bible Translation Committee supervises translation decisions and source use, while the Bible Hub and Discovery Bible teams handled much of the translation, styling, consistency work, and proofing. The publisher says the text was translated as a single unit rather than assigning separate books to different teams, to support consistency across parallel passages. Translation tables connect English wording to Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic sources and are available for public comment. This is a modern open-feedback process, distinct from the manuscript transmission of the biblical books.
The publisher also positions the BSB alongside related Berean resources with different translation goals. The Standard Bible should therefore not be conflated with the Berean Literal Bible or the Majority Standard Bible. Its project history belongs to modern English Bible publishing, not to an ancient manuscript tradition.
