Updates

  1. Ancient texts, easier reading

The site has a look of its own: the home page shows a passage glossed like an old manuscript, with your note and your AI's sourced Research in the margins.

Reading defaults now follow reading research. Literata is the default reading face, the default size follows your screen, and Sepia joins Light and Dark under Menu > Appearance. Every default can be changed in Display and reading.

  2. Reading and study on the site

The public library is open to read: Bible editions with their Hebrew and Greek, the Book of Mormon, the Apocrypha in originals and translations, and General Conference talks through October 2026. The reader compares editions side by side and opens a Study panel beside the text.

Signed in, you can mark words into Lists, each with its own look in the reader; keep Notes, Research and Documents; organize Studies by day, week and section; arrange Subjects in a hierarchy; and hand questions to your AI through the Queue. The phone layout has had several passes.

Connecting your AI is partial: the connection exposes study-memory and text tools, and a complete sign-in, research and save flow from a named AI client has not yet been verified.

  3. A first soft launch on production services

Email sign-in is open on the live domain. You can create a Study and keep a bare list of your Studies.

The site runs on production account and record services. Encrypted media storage is configured; media uploads are not available in the product.

Your AI cannot connect yet. The Library and the fuller study pages are still being built.

  4. The record is now called a Study

A bounded stretch of study — past, present, or planned, nesting year to week to day — is now called a Study, and the page that lists yours is at /studies.

  5. The skeleton exists

The application now has a shape: an account boundary, a record store with Studies, Subjects, Texts, entries, Loops, the Queue and the Library defined from the first day with provenance and rights alongside every row, and one signed-in page that lists your Studies.

Nothing an AI can connect to exists yet. The pages that make the record legible are being designed separately and will replace this list.
